Rating: Great show for all the sober gamblers at Turning Stone! LOL.
I'd been looking forward to this for weeks, and I wasn't disappointed! I was, however, surprised that it wasn't a capacity crowd. Oh well, sucks for the ones that missed out.
This was an outstanding show supporting one of the best rock albums I've heard in years.
Opened with "Let it Roll" and never let up, covering plenty of material from both VR releases. Cover of "Wish You Were Here" was a very cool bonus. "Brownstone" & "It's So Easy", and "Vasoline" & "Sex Type Thing" pulled from the GN'R & STP catalogs respectively, were good calls IMO. They work well with the feel of the VR material.
I know I'm going to be looking to catch another date somewhere soon.
Cheers.

Rating: Saw at Turning Stone, one of their first shows I think, awesome, awesome performance. Not very many people, but VR was great, very tight. Played It's so Easy and Mr. Brownstone. And STP tunes, Vaseline and Sex Type Thing... much better than STP!! No Slash solo??? Gonna go catch 'em again in Buffalo.
